The highest governing body within Q-Park is the Annual General Meeting. The next points may be discussed during these meetings; key aspects of policy, basic financial principles, share issues and dividend, annual accounts and audit, remuneration of the Executive and Supervisory Board, Supervisory Board members' profiles and business plan.

SUPERVISORY BOARD

The General Annual Meeting and the Executive Board propose candidates for the post of Supervisory member.

It is important that Supervisory Board members operate critically and independently from each other and the Executive Board.
