Q-Park Liverpool ONE car park is celebrating the win of a prestigious European award for its outstanding design.

Q-Park's flagship parking facility at Victoria Square has been awarded the "Best Car Park Facility' by the Irish Parking Association. The new parking facility which opened as part of the Victoria Square shopping centre in March 2008, was presented with this prestigious award by the Minister of State for Transport, Mr Noel Ahern T. D at the IPA Awards in Dublin.

Dublin. 9 August 2007. The latest phase in the transformation of car parking facilities at Belfast International Airport was unveiled today, with the launch of the latest 'Licence Plate Recognition' (LPR) technology at the Long Stay car park.

Maastricht. Q-Park, a private operator of car parks ranked as the 3rd largest in Europe, last week closed a Euro 300 mln securitisation, called ‘Quality Parking 2007’. Rabobank International acted as arranger and bookrunner.

Parking operator Q-Park has redeemed the bridging loan used for the purchase of the Scandinavian parking company Carpark by issuing new shares, all of which have been taken up by existing shareholders. The share issue represents a value of 200 million Euros.
