Can my Premier Card or Top-Up Card be used at more than one of the Q-Park car parks?
Currently you can only use your Premier Card or Top-Up Card in the car park you purchased it for.
 
How do I make a complaint?
At Q-Park, we do everything to ensure that your experience as our customer is a positive one, but in the event that you wish to make a complaint please contact Q-Park Ireland Head Office on 00353 (0)1 8788957. Or write to us, detailing the specifics of your problem and the car park concerned, and address it to:

What does the Q in Q-Park stand for?
The Q stands for Quality in parking. By giving our customers the very best quality product and service, Q-Park aims to be the best parking company in Ireland and indeed, Europe.
 
What happens if my car breaks down in one of the Q-Park car parks?
Many of our car parks have car maintenance equipment. Alternatively, our parking hosts will be happy to assist you and make appropriate arrangements to solve your problem. Our parking hosts are located at the customer service desk in each of our parking facilities.
 
What happens if there is a fire in a car park?
Q-Park staff are trained in the use of fire suppression equipment to contain a fire, and also in the appropriate fire drill to evacuate the parking facility safely. This gives the fire service valuable time to arrive and fight the fire if necessary.
 
What parking fees will I have to pay when parking at one of your car parks?
Our parking facilties operate different parking fees or tariffs and charges are individual to each car park. Hourly and Daily parking rates for each car park are detailed on this website, and at the entry to each parking facilities.
