Q-Park donation to Mercy University Hospital Foundation in Cork
Wednesday, 18 December 2013

We are delighted to announce that last week Q-Park Ireland presented the Mercy University Hospital Foundation in Cork with the first of what will hopefully be many donations over the coming years. Together we have developed a strong partnership in recent months by providing a special parking offer to the hospital and making a donation to the hospital foundation.

Patients and the families of patients attending The Mercy Hospital in Cork can park in our Q-Park St. Finbarrs parking facility for up to 24hrs for only €7 with €1 being donated to The Mercy Foundation for every validation received. Last week, we donated €1,144 to the Foundation and we hope that our partnership continues to grow and grow throughout 2014.

Located in the busy centre of Cork City, Mercy University Hospital is a voluntary, general acute hospital catering for both public and private patients and is one of the most important hospitals in Cork providing medical services and support to a very large number of patients annually. The work that the hospital does for the people of Cork, and indeed the wider region generally, is truly incredible and Q-Park are delighted to be a partner and to give something back to such a worthy cause at a time when organisations, such as the Mercy and other hospitals, are in desperate need of funding.

We look forward to working with The Mercy Foundation over the coming months and years and very much hope that we can in some way continue to contribute and support this amazing hospital.
