Q-Park launch Online Booking for Smart Devices

Great news for our online customers!


We have now improved our online parking offering by launching a new smart device optimised booking system for our customers. Previously, the only feasible and convenient way to book your parking online with us was via a desktop computer. However, with more and more consumers using their mobile phones and tablet devices to organise their lives, we needed a mobile solution to cater for our customers and now we have.


After months of development with our parking partners, ParkMagic, we have finally introduced this new facility that will enable our customers to book their parking in advance whether they are at home or on the go. A large proportion of our customers currently visit our website using a smart device, whether it be an iPhone, an iPad etc., so we are delighted that these customers can now book with us using these devices!


The system is simplicity itself and very user-friendly. Within only a few steps, customers can book their parking with confirmation emails and SMS sent directly to their phone.  The same parking products are available as before, but plans are in place to introduce same day booking in a number of parking facilities across the country which will provide our customers with even more flexibility when it comes to booking their parking.


We have also introduced a customer account facility whereby customers can register their details with us and login each time they need to make a booking. This facility makes the customer journey on even more efficient and seamless.


We hope our customers can benefit greatly from this new facility and look forward to them joining us on our journey into the digital stratosphere over the years to come!
