In line with the Q-Park Rewards transaction tracking process, winners will be chosen and contacted within 5 working days of each prize draw.
Prizes will be issued via email to the email address registered on Q-Park Rewards. If we do not receive a response within 7 working days we will draw a new winner, and repeat this process until we make contact with a winner.
