Where necessary, lifts are installed to ensure ease of movement between parking levels, helping all visitors navigate our facilities with confidence and ease.
Our disabled parking spaces are noticeably wider than our standard bays, and our standard bays already exceed industry size requirements. This added space allows for easier manoeuvring of wheelchairs, mobility aids, and vehicle doors, offering a safer and more comfortable experience from the moment you arrive.
Every Q‑Park location is supported by our 24/7 customer service helpline, available at all pedestrian and vehicle entry and exit points. Whether you need assistance with payment, guidance around the car park, or any other kind of help, our dedicated team is only a button away. Many of our car parks also have parking hosts either on-site or based at a nearby facility, meaning there is always someone available to offer help where required.
