Q-Park Supports ISPCC Childline with Donations from Discounted Parking

Q-Park, Ireland’s leading parking operator, has partnered with ISPCC Childline to support Ireland’s national listening service for children while offering customers discounted parking.

Q-Park, Ireland’s leading parking operator, has partnered with ISPCC Childline to support Ireland’s national listening service for children while offering customers discounted parking.

The new Q-Park Rewards App is now offering customers the chance to earn cash back on their purchases from Q-Park and its retail partners and donate the amount raised to ISPCC Childline.

In addition, individuals who book city centre parking online at Q-Park.ie can receive a 10 per cent discount and support ISPCC Childline by using the promo code ‘ISPCC10’. Q-Park will donate the discounted amount to the charity.

Q-Park operates car park in most of Ireland’s major cities. Its online booking engine can be used to book safe and secure city centre parking at any Q-Park car park.

ISPCC Childline is Ireland’s national listening service for children and young people. It is free to contact, confidential and non-judgmental. Childline answers over 1,000 contacts every day from children and young people who can make contact in relation to any issue which may be on their mind.

Director of Fundraising at ISPCC Childline, Gill Waters, said: “ISPCC Childline is delighted that Q-Park has chosen to support our service by offering its customers the chance to donate through the Q-Park Rewards App and by making a donation every time parking is booked online. ISPCC Childline relies heavily on corporate and public donations to help ensure we can be there for children and young people 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are so grateful for the support we receive – every euro and cent raised helps to make a difference.”

Head of Sales and Marketing for Q-Park UK & Ireland, John Denton, said: “‘Q-Park is a name synonymous with safety so it makes absolute sense for us to partner with an organisation who are focused on the safety of our young people.”
