The Q Mark represents a National Certification Standard of Quality, owned and operated by the Excellence Ireland Quality Association (EIQA). It is not simply a label, but a respected mark of distinction awarded only to organisations that meet clearly defined quality criteria. Each year, applicants undergo a thorough, independent assessment process to ensure they are consistently meeting the required standards. Unlike many certification schemes, the Q Mark is open to organisations across all industries and sectors. It is awarded to companies and service providers that can demonstrate genuine commitment to excellence. This makes it widely relevant—from consumer-facing retail brands and professional services to manufacturing operations, public institutions, and voluntary organisations. According to the Q Mark assessors, Q-Park demonstrated excellence across leadership, employee engagement, business systems, customer experience, and results, leading to the award of Level 3 Certification. The assessors highlighted the clarity of the 2025 “Reach for the Stars” strategy, strong governance and CSR commitments, and highly engaged employees supported by training, recognition and open communication. They also praised Q-Park’s investment in technology, health and safety, and continuous improvement, alongside strong client relationships, innovative digital services and proactive customer feedback management. These strengths were reflected in the business’s impressive results, service performance, and customer satisfaction, which consistently exceeded targets.
