| Q-Park has created Annual CSR Reports, based on the GRI standard, for the last ten years.
Q-Park are delighted to announce the launch of their new and improved Q-Park Rewards app which is available for customers to use in Ireland. This innovative new app is aiming to bring Q-Park and the High Street retailers into a much closer working partnership designed to drive footfall into the city.
Customers using the new Q-Park Rewards app simply register their bank cards and pay for their parking using the registered card. Q-Park simply track the payments and attribute a percentage of this as cashback into a mobile wallet. Once the customer reaches certain milestones they can redeem their cashback directly into their bank account to offset the cost of parking or exchange for retail gift vouchers.
Customers do not just earn cashback from spending with Q-Park. They can also earn a range of differing percentages from Q-Park retail and restaurant partners. If the customer uses their registered card at brands such as Debenhams, Jojo Maman Bebe, Micks Garages or any of the other partners on the scheme then their spend will also be added to their mobile wallet. This then creates the unique situation that the customers are essentially paying for their parking by shopping on the High Street!
This ground-breaking loyalty scheme is designed to create a High Street Eco-System which starts when the customer parks.
