Q-Park is delighted to announce a generous donation of €7,745 to Children’s Health Foundation Temple Street, marking another proud milestone in our long-standing partnership.
Q-Park is delighted to announce a generous donation of €7,745 to Children’s Health Foundation Temple Street, marking another proud milestone in our long-standing partnership.
Since 2012, Q-Park has worked closely with Children’s Health Ireland at Temple Street, supporting families by providing discounted parking at our nearest facility, Q-Park The Spire on Marlborough Street. Through this initiative, families visiting the hospital can access 24-hour parking for just €7, and for every validation, €1 is donated directly to the Children’s Health Foundation Temple Street. Over the years, these contributions have grown significantly, reflecting our shared commitment to supporting children and their families during challenging times.
Temple Street is an acute paediatric hospital caring for thousands of children every year from across Ireland. Children's Health Foundation plays a vital role in supporting sick children and their families by funding essential equipment, ground‑breaking research, family supports, and enhanced hospital services.
Thanks to donations from partners like Q-Park, Children’s Health Foundation has been able to fund transformative projects—from life-saving medical equipment such as the 3 million Digital Integrated Surgical Centre to pioneering research initiatives like the first and second phase of Precision Oncology Ireland (POI-1&2).
These achievements are only possible thanks to the generosity of supporters across the country. By simply choosing to park with Q‑Park, users are helping make a meaningful difference to the lives of sick children and their families who rely on Temple Street every day. Q-Park is honoured to continue contributing to the incredible work taking place at the hospital and to stand alongside the dedicated medical teams, brave young patients, and their families.
Jessica O’Leary, Head of Donor Engagement & Fundraising at Children’s Health Foundation Temple Street, shared: “On behalf of all the children, families, and staff at CHI at Temple Street, we extend our heartfelt thanks to the staff and customers of Q-Park for their continued and invaluable support. This generous donation helps us ensure that every child who enters our hospital receives the highest standard of care.
Alastair MacDonald, Head of Commercial & Operations at Q-Park Ireland, said: “At Q-Park, social responsibility is at the heart of what we do, and we are always committed to supporting those who need it most. It is deeply rewarding to see how our partnership is helping the dedicated team at Children’s Health Ireland at Temple Street enhance the already exceptional care they provide to their young patients.”
