What is the Q-Park Fleet Management Portal
The Q‑Park Fleet Management Portal is a digital platform designed to help businesses efficiently manage employee parking across their organisation. Fleet managers first activate a My Q‑Park account using a generic company email, ensuring continuity even if personnel change. Once logged in, users can easily view, assign, and update all company parking rights in one place.
Within the portal, businesses can delegate parking rights either to individual employees or directly to vehicles. Assigning to employees triggers an email invitation for them to download the Q‑Park app and activate their parking access. Alternatively, assigning by vehicle allows any driver of that vehicle to access the car park using Automated Number Plate Recognition (ANPR). There is no need to perform both methods simultaneously.
The portal streamlines day‑to‑day management parking rights can be added, transferred, or removed instantly without contacting Q‑Park. Once digital rights are activated, old physical access cards automatically stop working. This shift to digital parking access improves convenience, reduces administration, and gives fleet managers full oversight of all active users and permissions.
