Freezing your Premier Card

We are continuing to follow Government advice and as such the majority of our Car Parks will remain open to serve those customers who need to travel into the city including key workers. However if you are an existing Premier Card holder and you wish to freeze your contract, we are able to do that for an initial 4 week period. This will be reviewed at the end of this period and we may make the decision to automatically extend the freeze should Government advice remain the same. 

The freeze will be effective for an initial 4 week period (backdated to the 24th of March). At the end of this period we will calculate the cost and add the value as credit to your account so that it comes off the price of your next renewal. During the freeze your card will not be operational so you will not be able to use it to access the car park.
