Q-Park The Spire Bike Parking Terms & Conditions

• QR Codes can only be used in the bike park for which they were applied for.
• Cyclists must dismount their bike when they enter the car park.
• Spaces are not guaranteed & your QR code does not entitle the user to a space to lock their bike if the bike park is full.
• You must be in possession of the QR code to enter & use the facility.
• Your bike must be locked securely to one of the available bike stands.
• Do not leave any belongings/valuables stored in/on bike racks/baskets/carriers.
• Q-Park do not accept responsibility for loss or damage, the bike parking facility is used at the owners risk.
• Bike park users should be mindful of slip hazards during wet/icy weather conditions.
• The bins provided must be used to dispose of rubbish.
• Should the QR code or access/egress equipment fail for any reason please press the help button on the entry/exit terminal for assistance. 
• Smoking is not permitted within the bike park or car park.
• Q-Park reserves the right to refuse use of the bike park facilities for failure to adhere to the T&Cs.
• Using the bike park within the car park facility is subject to our current Terms & Conditions.
