Q-Park are thrilled to partner with the Jack and Jill Foundation to help raise money as part of their Power Hour campaign.

The Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation is an Irish children’s charity that provides vital in-home nursing care, respite support and advocacy for families caring for children with severe learning disability often associated with complex medical needs. Established in 1997, the Foundation helps parents care for their children at home, providing families with what it calls the “Gift of Time” to rest, recharge, spend time with other children or simply manage everyday life. Jack and Jill also provides end-of-life care, supporting families during some of the most difficult circumstances imaginable. In 2025 alone, the charity supported 547 children and their families across Ireland, with its services made possible through fundraising, donations, volunteers and corporate partnerships. Power Hour for Jack and Jill is a nationwide campaign which encourages individuals, businesses, schools and communities across Ireland to come together and raise funds by dedicating just one hour to fundraising. Every €20 raised provides one hour of in-home nursing care and respite support for a Jack and Jill family, meaning every contribution can make a meaningful difference. Supported by Today FM, the campaign offers a fun and flexible way for people to get involved while helping provide the “Gift of Time” to families across Ireland.

Q-Park has a strong and long-standing track record of supporting charities, community initiatives and important causes across Ireland, using its national presence to help raise both vital funds and awareness. Over the years, Q-Park has raised thousands of euros for organisations such as the Rotunda Foundation and Children’s Health Foundation Temple Street, helping them continue their invaluable work supporting children, families and patients across Ireland. Q-Park has also supported campaigns designed to shine a spotlight on important social and wellbeing issues, including a partnership with AXA in 2025 which helped raise awareness of women’s mental health. Through fundraising, charitable partnerships and awareness campaigns, Q-Park continues to look for meaningful opportunities to give back to the communities it serves and support organisations making a positive difference across the country.

To support the Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation and the Power Hour campaign, Q-Park has created the dedicated discount code JACKANDJILL. Customers who use the code to make a booking today (25th September 2026) will receive 10% off their parking, with the booking able to be used for parking on any available future date. Q-Park will then donate a further 10% of the total value of all bookings made using the code directly to the Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation, helping to raise vital funds towards the in-home nursing care and respite support it provides to children and families across Ireland.

Alastair MacDonald, Head of Commercial & Operations at Q-Park Ireland said “We are delighted to be able to help raise money for the amazing Jack and Jill Foundation. We encourage our customers to book parking using the discount code, not only can they benefit from money off their stay with us but also donate to this excellent cause.”

Speaking about the initiative, Head of Fundraising at Jack and Jill, Alie Sheridan, commented “We’re incredibly grateful to Q-Park Ireland for supporting Power Hour for Jack and Jill. By pre-booking discounted parking, customers will save money while helping more than 530 Jack and Jill families nationwide through Q-Park’s generous donation. Power Hour is all about coming together in fun and creative ways to make a real difference. This simple but effective idea is a real win win for everyone.”
