Q-Park is helping residents to find safe and secure off-street parking at a reasonable price in city centres across Ireland by introducing a new innovative Resident Parking scheme.
There are plenty of benefits to living in the city; close to work and amenities, great night life and bustling streets. However, residential parking in busy areas can be heavily restricted. To help ease this issue, Q-Park offers residents within 1km of city centre car parks* discounted off-street, secure parking in local parking facilities.
Caring for the community is integral to Q-Park’s ethos and finding a solution for off-street parking ensures that residents and visitors alike have space to park in busy cities. No longer is there the need to fight for the last parking space on the street. You and your car can have your own space in a safe environment in an undercover car park.
When Q-Park surveyed drivers, only 14% of drivers preferred to park on street. This small percentage is likely to be due to having limited options in the past. The new Resident Premier Card is the perfect solution. In addition to the previous results, 96% of consumers who had heard of Q-Park favoured off-street parking, which means Q-Park is a preferred option.
