Q-Park has optimised digital services in order to benefit the customer, landlords and partners.

We aim to optimise customer journeys, not just in and around our parking facilities, but also online. For ease of use in every step of the way. For quality of life! Not only for our customers, but also for the neighbourhoods in which our parking facilities are located.

Below are some of the ways that we have introduced digital services to parking at Q-Park:

Pre-booking

Customers may want to pre-book a parking space for various reasons. It gives them peace of mind – whether they have to be on time for an important meeting, an exciting event or a well-deserved vacation. We want to optimise their journey by providing online pre-booking at a safe and secure place to park. 

Rewards & Benefits schemes

We facilitate a variety of rewards & benefits schemes in conjunction with shopping centres, hotels, restaurants or individual retailers.These schemes mean that as our partner you can offer:

  • benefits to customers visiting amenities in the vicinity;
  • discounts on parking based on customer behaviour.
Value cards for visitors

We also facilitate a range of value cards for event organisers and facilities managers. Whatever the scale of your event or business, Q-Park value cards make life easier for your visitors. We offer custom value cards so you can choose to give a discount on all or part of the parking fee due.

Premier cards & permits

Naturally, our digital services also include premier cards and parking permits. Premier card holders can view their account in our customer portal where they can see parking transactions and manage access devices and payment methods.

Employee parking

We recently introduced a digital platform with discounted rates for employees that pay their own parking. 

Self-service portals

Landlords can manage parking permits and access to their parking facilities through our landlord portal. Our portals offer many other parking options, also for fleet key accounts. And of course, the Q-Park portals provide a range of management reports in a convenient dashboard.
